The Gunstock Cabin is a classic wood-paneled ski cabin built for big groups: the kind of trip where multiple families can arrive with a weekend's worth of gear and still have room to spread out. With three bedrooms, flexible sleeping space, and Gunstock Mountain just minutes away, it makes an easy home base for a ski weekend with the whole crew.

The real gathering spot is downstairs: a lower-level hangout with a pool table, a wet bar, and a 100-inch projector screen for the group movie (or the game nobody wants to miss) after a day on the mountain. Outside, a wraparound deck and a fire pit give the trip somewhere to land once the boots come off.

Winter is when this cabin does its best work, but it doesn't go quiet the rest of the year. It's pet-friendly, and just as easy a base for a summer Lakes Region trip, with Ellacoya State Park's public Lake Winnipesaukee beach a short drive away.
